Navy is THREE months old

Last week my baby girl turned THREE months old!

Holy cow, time is just flying by with this little one.

I am loving the age she is at right now.

Smiley,cooey and just loves loves life.

Usually I take her monthly pictures but this month my sister did and I am just loving the way they turned out.

I am so lucky to have such an amazing sister.

At THREE months old:

Miss Navy weighs 10lbs 3 oz and is 22 1/2 inches long.

Is in size 1 diapers and wears size 0-3 months and some 3-6 month things.

Has the biggest bellaaay.

Loves to coo.

Loves the tubby.

Loves her swing.

Loves the bouncer.

Loves her binky.

Sits up by herself.

Loves to be standing all the time.

Is trying to scoot already.

Can roll from back to front and front to back.

Can find her hands.

Can grasp toys.

Loves the boobies.

Sleeps all through the night

10-6 then goes back down till 9.

Had her first laugh this past month.

Crinkles her nose when she smiles.

Smiles all the time.

Is obsessed with me.

When someone else holds her she looks around for her Mama.

Is getting her helmet next month for her Plagiocephaly

Has the prettiest bluest eyes.

We call them Navy's blues.

Got her ears pierced at 2 months and 3 weeks.

I'm pretty sure her hair might be going red or strawberry blonde and i'm loving it!

Is getting super duper chubby.

Loves her brother so much.

Loves watching whatever Kingston is doing.

Wiggles and kicks.

Loves snuggling.

Is the best little baby and is just so content with life.

Miss Navy

Today I wanted to blog about my beautiful sweet Navy. I feel like a lot of the time I don't blog about her because I really don't know her that well yet. But lately i'm starting to get a glimpse of her sweet little personality and she is starting to blossom into such a sweet little girl.

As you know I have one of each and I can say so far that boys are sooo much more easier in a sense. I don't know too well yet but from what I know I know Kingston was a much easier baby and is easier than Navy. Don't get me wrong Navy is a really good baby and all she is just completely different than her brother ever was.

She is such a little sassy thing, If she is mad she is MAD and she will tell you she is. Kingston never ever cried those crocodile tears till around one years old where as Navy has them every single time she cries.

She also has to be able to see what is going on. She hates being held back. She wants to see what everyone is doing and she doesn't want to miss out on a thing.

She also will fake cry and I don't remember Kingston doing that this young, she will cry and cry until I pick her up and then boom she stops. Like HA! Fooled ya lady.

Navy loves to stare at people and stare at them hard and good. I have said it before but It's almost like she is looking into your soul. She is so wise it's almost frightening.

Navy just fits in so well with our family, I can not imagine life without her. She is pretty easy going and is happy if she is changed,fed and warm. She doesn't really liked to be figgeted with and if you mess with her too much she will tell you how it is.

At almost three months this little cutie is almost sitting up! She hates being flat on her back and will pull up if I put her that way. She can almost sit up on her own and it is sooo insane to me. Little overachiever needs to slow down a bit. My sister took a picture of her sitting on her own and we couldn't believe it! I give her another month and she will be doing it.

She is definitly my child! This girl loves her sleep. Navy sleeps most of the day away and then sleeps all night long most nights. If she wakes up she eats for a bit and then is right back to sleep again and if she woke up in the night she will make up for that time she was awake in the morning so she sleeps in. Boy do I love it! I hate not getting a full nights rest.

She also loves the boobies and freaks out when they are coming.. Kingston used to do this when he saw his bottle coming. She shakes and shakes and then gets soo excited! She is the best little eater and just loves loves them. She has to have her hand in between my boobs when she nurses like, these are mine! I am soo happy I am able to breast feed her. It has helped us bond a ton.

I haven't talked about this yet on my blog but Navy is getting a helmet next month. She favors her left side and it's flat on that side, they think she was like that in utero so she can't help it. If you notice in this picture above, one of her ears is a little more forward so that will help too.

I had a really hard time at first when they told me she'd need a helmet. I guess I didn't really know what to expect. I'm so glad they are going to do this when she's young and her head will get fixed and hopefully her ear will move back in place. If not it's okay, she will still be so beautiful even if she has a "differen't ear." I think she is going to be the sweetest little thing with her helmet and I hope that everyone thinks so too.

Also this month Navy got her ears pierced. I made my sister hold her because I was freaking out, my hormones were going crazy! haha She did sooo good, she only cried for 10 seconds and then she was over it. She looks so cute with her little earrings.

I just love this sweet little girl so much!

She is just sooo much fun.

I didn't think I could ever love someone as much as I love Mr. King...

It's crazy how much love our hearts can handle.

Tea Collection Review

Have you ever heard of the Tea Collection? They are a clothing company that caries beautiful women,kids and baby clothing. For this review I received two pieces to try out on my babies.They look so amazing on both of them! They are so soft, so stretchy and so modern and hip! I'm so picky when it comes to my kids/baby clothes and I was very pleased with how they looked on both King and Navy.

Navy received the Flor de Papel Romper, from the new Modern Mexico line. This romper is just to die for! It's so soft and so stretchy made from jersey material. She has worn this outfit a couple of times and has received a number of comments on how cute it looks and how different it is compared to most baby clothes. I love the colors and the flowers on this romper. I also love the top part and how it bunches together. The romper kind of bubbles out and I love that look on little baby girls. It is just so so cute!

For Kingston we received the Carrot Fit Cords and the Modern graphic tee shirt. I am just obsessed with this outfit on him! The corduroy pants are skinny legged and are so dang cute on him. If you know me you know how much I love skinnys on Mr. King. I love how they can basically go with anything! They are also very stretchy and very comfy and he loves them. When I was trying to get pictures of him in these pants he refused to let me put different shoes on him. He had to wear his rain boots! I wasn't about to fight with a 2 year old, it's already hard enough to get pictures of him now days. I love the color of the Modern shirt. It's such a different color but goes so well with this outfit. I love the font and how it goes down the side of the shirt. King will be able to wear this shirt for awhile, it has so much growing room which I love and I also love the color on him!

Our 2011 year in Review

What an amazing year it has been!

So many changes and so many fun things happened this year to us.

Here is our 2011 year in Review:

January:

I bought "Penelope" (my camera) and found my passion for photography and my love for taking pictures of my son.

February:

James asked me to marry him on Valentines Day

and we found out we were expecting baby #2 that same day!

March:

Kingston started to walk.

and we announced to everyone that we were pregnant!

April:

We found out baby #2 was a baby girl and decided on the name,

Navy!

May:

In May we headed down to the annual Relay for Life in St. George and spent time with all our family!

June:

We moved into our new condo and took a trip to Bear Lake with family for a week!

July:

I got bigger and bigger and more and more pregnant.

We spent the summer with no a/c and I thought I was going to die every single day.

I took this picture of King that I thought was cute but didn't know that everyone all over the world would think so too. This picture has gone viral all over the web and has caused quite a uproar.

In fact i've had issues with people stealing the picture off my blog and using it as their picture.

No one knew this would happen! I still can't believe how crazy this picture has gotten.

I receive about 3 emails a day from people telling me they saw Kingston on the internet.

August:

My sisters threw me a beautiful baby shower for the arrival of Navy.

September:

James and I spent hours and hours with Mr. King.

We did everything together before the baby came I wanted him to still feel important and I wanted to spend quality time with just the three of us because it would never be that way again!

Amy and Parker also came into town to visit so we had a play date with them!

October:

I gave birth to our sweet baby girl, Navy on 10/06/11 and fell madly and deeply in love with her.

She was so tiny and so dang sweet! Just like a tiny baby doll.

November:

I didn't go or do much this month, I was still trying to get the hang of having two kids!

We did go to St.George for Thanksgiving though and i'm so glad we did!

Our two babies were what we were so thankful for this year.

I found that Kingston had transformed nto the sweetest,gentlest little boy and just loved his sister so so much!

December:

Kingston turned TWO years old!

and we had the best Christmas spent with friends and family and the best present this year was definitly my sweet little Navy!

I hope 2012 is just as fun and crazy!

Well you did it! You turned TWO!

I can't believe it's been TWO years since they laid you in my arms

and I fell madly in love with you!

It makes me sad that these updates have to come to a end.

I could update on you everyday!

You are something special, Kingston.

You changed my life more than you will ever know!

Thank you so much for letting me be your Mommy.

At TWO years old:

You weigh 24 lbs and 2 oz.

You are still rear facing in the car and you love it!

You wear size 18-24 clothes with lots of growing room.

Size 4 huggie diapers and Size 2 Sunbaby cloth diapers.

You lately call your binky "Mimi" and it's in your mouth almost all the time.

You also have to have your blanky in sight.

You love to jump jump.

You could jump everywhere instead of walk.

You call Billy "Bee" and get really mad if he doesn't come when you call. You will yell "Beeee" so loud and it's so dang cute!

You talk so much lately and are starting to pair words together.

You pooped in the potty a couple times this month.

Your appetite is coming back.

You are finally starting to like food again.

You are so in love with peanut butter and honey sandwiches. You have one every single day!

This week we bought you rain boots and you haven't taken them off since.

You love shoes and love walking around in Mommy,Daddys and anyone else you can find shoes.

You are very very independent and must do everything yourself or try too. You even try to climb up in your car seat and get mad if anyone helps you.

You love to laugh at yourself.

When you toot you think it's the funniest thing ever and laugh and laugh.

You pretty much mimic everything anyone says.

Your favorite toy is anything with wheels or anything from the Cars movie.

You freaked your freak when you opened all your Cars stuff for Christmas.

You love to count to 3.

You know ABCDE

You love lion things and go raawwwr as loud as you can anytime you see one.

You love to play Hide and Seek with me.

Your favorite animal is a "Yitty" (kitty).

You love to blow kisses and say Hi to everyone you meet.

Your hair is getting ridiculously long and you get called a girl all the time.

I will not cut your hair, I love it!

When we put you to bed at night you sing so loud and it's so cute! You do this every single night and as you sing it gets louder and louder until you are singing your little heart out then all a sudden it stops and you have fallen asleep.

You climbed out of your crib last month so we had to turn your crib around so the higher part is in the front.

We aren't ready for you to be in a toddler bed quite yet.

This month you get to try fruit again to see if your body can handle it.

You haven't had fruit in an entire year!

You are so in love with your baby sister.

You help with baby all the time.

When she cries, you run to her and give her her binky.

Or go "shhh shhh" and pat her on the head.

You love to kiss her and in the morning you go find her and then we put her on your lap because you love holding her.

I love how much you are in love with this little baby girl!

It warms my heart.

You love to brush your teeth and comb your hair.

You love to pick out your own clothes.

You love being naked,

it's really hard to keep clothes on you when we are home.

You dance around and move to the groove.

You try to sing along to some songs.

You have a nap at 1 but it takes you about a hour to fall asleep and you sleep till 5.

You go to sleep at 8:30 at night and sleep till 9:30 the next morning.

You love going up and down the stairs on your belly as fast as you can.

You love helping me clean the house.

You have to blow on everything because you think everything is HOT.

You are just so happy.

You love everyone you meet.

You are so very very expressive and you are so silly.

You climb on and over anything that is in your way.

You love your Mommy and Daddy and baby "Teet-er" and "Bee" so so much.

Happy TWO years, Kingston! You are the best thing that has ever happened to me.

I love you more than you will ever know!

King and Navy meet Santa Clause 2011

Last year I took Kingston to see the mall Santa and had to pay a pretty penny to get pictures with him.

Yes those Santas look like the real Santa but come on, why do they charge so much? They sit your baby on his lap and then they take the picture and you are done. You don't even really get to talk to him or anything!

This year I didn't want to have to pay to get a picture so I decided to take Kingston and Navy to a free Santa by our house.

Well the Santa was pretty ghetto,

but seeing how it was free I didn't care.

I just wanted my kids to have a picture with Santa.

Kingston loved Santa and bawled his eyes out when I took him off his lap. The Santa was way cute with Kingston and tickled him with his beard. Even though he was ghetto he was nicer than the ones at the mall and he actually spent time with the kids instead of hurrying everyone along.

They also had real reindeer at the place that you could pet.

That was pretty cool!

Kingston kept pointing and saying,

"Moooom Yitty Yitty (kitty)!"

He was freaking out he was soo excited. They would let him pet them for a minute and then run away, then they'd come back.

The only weird part was when Santa held Navy he didn't want to give her back to me. It was pretty akward and finally i'm like, "Okay... Can I have my baby back?"

Happy Birthday Mr. King you are TWO

Two years ago today I gave birth to the most beautiful little angel baby!

I didn't know then how amazing it would be to be a Mother but I soon found out.

I love being Kingston's Mom so so much.

I thank God everyday for bringing him into my life.

He really is such an amazing little boy.

What a fun,crazy Two years it has been.

We just love this little guy to pieces and can't imagine life without him!

Today was a awesome day,

We didn't do a whole lot because sister is really sick but I think he had so much fun!

He had a permenant smile on his face all day.

Next Sunday a little boy I know very well is going to be two!

So he climbed right out.

Today my smiley beautiful little baby doll turned TWO months old!
Sniff Sniff
This little one is just sooo amazing,I feel like time is just flying by with her and I wish sooo badly that it would slow down a little.
She is just the happiest sweetest little baby, I keep telling James she is just so happy to be alive and so happy to be here.

At TWO months old:

When Navy is awake she is always smiling

Is somewhere around 9 pounds I weighed her but it was hard to tell exactly! Her 2 month appt is next week so we will no for sure.

Wears some newborn but mostly size 0-3 month clothes.

Size 1 pamper diapers.

Loves watching people.

Loves her brother.

Coos all the time.

Has the prettiest little features.

Moves her tounge all the time.

Is the best little eater.

Loves being in the tubby.

Freaks out when she knows food is coming.

Loves her Nuk binky

(brother likes the Mam but she hates those)

Can hold her head up.

Loves tummy time

Loves watching cartoons with her brother

She's so in awe of them.

Loves putting her hands between my boobs when she's eating.

Loves to cuddle.

Loves to be swaddled.

Has to be near me, she is definitly a Mamas girl.

Sleeps from 12-6 in the morning then goes back down till 9.

Oh Baby London sent me 2 garments to review on Kingston and Navy.

They came really fast, I was actually surprised how fast they arrived and I was so excited to open it. Everything came very neatly wrapped with their logo on everything and inside was a cute white Angel Wing Onesie for Navy in size 0-3 months and a cute Union Jack Onesie for Kingston size 12-18 months.

They also sent me this freaking cute tote bag that I absolutely love.

I've used it as a diaper bag some days or as a over night bag when we went out of town for Thanksgiving.

Navy has just barely started to fit into her onesie they sent for her, It's so so soft and doesn't feel scratchy against her skin which I love for little babies. I always hate when you get something for a baby and it's sort of scratchy feeling, they can't wear it all day long because it's just not comfortable on them. This onesie she can wear this all day long and move and kick and she loves it and so do we.

When Kingston wears his onesie he can move around perfectly and is so comfortable. If you know my boy you know how much he hates wearing clothes anyways. He likes to keep this one on because it is really soft against his skin.

He also loves the cool print, he sits and stares at it sometimes and traces his fingers over the design. Lately he's been picking his clothes out and when he opens his drawer he will go to this one. He really likes the design.

I've received so many compliments every time he wears this onesie.

(Something to note: The sizes run a little bigger, but they do shrink if you dry them in the dryer. I usually air dry all of Kingston clothes and Navy's but when Dads do the wash they tend to stick things into the dryer and Kingston's onesie shrunk a little.)

I would definitely recommend Oh Baby london to other Moms that love quality and cute trendy different clothing for their kids and babies.

On Thanskgiving day my sister snapped these pictures of my babies and some more pictures of little miss Navy.

Kingston is soo in love with his sister.

He loves giving her kisses and thinks she's pretty awesome.

When I take him out of his crib in the morning he immediately goes running into our bedroom to find her, then I have to pick him up so he can lean down and give her a kiss. It's so sweet.

I am going to love watching them grow up together.

I can't believe my little King is going to be two next month!

This is by far my favorite age ever...

Kingston is starting to talk a ton and turning into such a little boy.

I could sit and watch what he does all day.

He cracks me up!!

I am so in love with this little guy.

He is such a little blessing

and I thank god everyday for him.

At TWENTY THREE MONTHS:

You know how to put a dvd in the dvd player and you know how to turn the tv on.

You blow kisses to everyone you see.

You love your long hair and love to brush it.

You are so in love with your binky lately.

More than ever. You call it

"yink yink" and you also carry your

"yankayee" (blanket) everywhere with you.

You have pretty much every tooth except for your canines.

You are so tiny for your age!

Everyone thinks you are younger than you are.

You still weigh barely 24 pounds and you fit into 12-18 month clothes.

You wear a size 5 shoe.

You love to go bye bye in the car.

When you poop you go and get me wipes and a clean diaper.

You hate being messy.

You love watching other people go to the bathroom and you always have to flush the toilet for him and say "bye bye"

You must do everything yourself and you get very very upset if mommy wants to help you with anything!

You love to color on the white board.

You love to watch mommy cook.

You love to give your baby sister a million kisses every morning when you wake up.

You love to help get socks and diapeys out of the drawer for baby "teet-er"

I love the way you move and run. You scurry in place and it's so freaking cute.

You are my little dancer and you shake your booty to the music.

You love to sing sing sing. You sing yourself to sleep every single night.

When you are outside you would stay out there if I let you!

Doesn't matter what the weather is like, you looove it!

You love being with Billy Dog and if he's not around you put your hands up and say,

"Billy Go? Billy GO?"

You get so excited when your Daddy comes home! He is your favorite person.

Your favorite tv show is Dinosaur Train and Sesame Street. You used to be terrified of Elmo but now you love him! When we see a Elmo at the store you freak out and say

"Lelmo Lelmo"

Your favorite movie is Toy Story or anything with Kittys.

Kittys are your favorite animal.

You shake when you see them because you get so so excited.

You know where pretty much every body part is and you will point to them.

You love showers, you hardly take baths anymore because you always want to be in the shower.

You are not afraid of water at all.

You love it when I put your hair in a pony.

You love to snuggle but only on your terms.

I love moments like this with you.

You have the prettiest hazel eyes and the longest lashes. You are such a little lady killer.

Sometimes people mistake you for a girl.

You are very expressive and you will let anyone know how you are feeling by the face you make!

You are still very picky when it comes to food.

You basically live off of:

mashed potatoes, peanut butter and honey sandwiches, yogurt and oatmeal.

You are such a little dare devil. You will take any toy and use it as a stool and climb up onto anything.

You would be naked all day long if I let you.

You take your clothes off the first thing when we get home.

When I feed your sister this is when you get into big trouble. You think it's hilarious what you can get away with while i'm feeding her.

You are just so so smart for your age and so stinking cute.

I could go on and on and on.

Daily Vlog?

just another day in my life..

I totally suck at blogging now days. It's bad! I really want to blog but when it comes down to it I just don't have time unless it's late at night and by then I'm dead to the world. I really try to return everyone's comments and emails and i'm sorry if I don't. I will try my best to do better at that! Don't think i'm avoiding you or don't like you, it just takes a lot of time to return comments/emails and be a mom at the same time.

Lately i've been thinking a lot about maybe starting to do a daily vlog where I carry a camera around and record what we do all day long. I mean, my iphone is always glued to my hip why not it be a video camera too? That way I can still document everything that is going on in our busy lives. I'd obviously edit it down a ton to be 20 minutes or less...

It probably wont be every day at first but it will gradually get up to that. Maaaybe. I really like the idea of doing a daily vlog. My grandpa recorded pretty much my entire life on video and I love going back and watching it. Whoever invented the video recorder is genius.
I can't wait to start doing this, I am seriously so excited to take you guys around with me and let you look into what we do all day long. I will start as soon as I find my charger for my camera. Hopefully I can find it today so I can start tomorrow. Would you guys be interested in watching something like this? You should be! Because i'm so super excited it's not even funny. You all will get to see just how exciting my life really is... haha

I am so excited to Introduce you to Tweetlebug Boutique! I came across their online shop when I saw a picture of one of their adorable hats online. I was soo in love and I wanted to get one for my little Navy soo bad! If you don't know what Tweetlebug Boutique is let me tell you...

I had that opportunity of receiving a "Harper" hat to Review for Tweetlebug Boutique. I was so excited to receive our Harper Hat! I seriously couldn't wait to put it on my little Navy girl.

The time came and Navy was born and we got to use our cute new hat. It was such a hit in the Hospital! All the nurses loved it and would come in to look at the Cute hat they had heard about.

Like I said, The Hospital I gave birth at doesn't make cute hats for new babies. Pictures were a lot more fun with such a cute hat to wear. I love how big the bow is, it's big but not too big. I also love that Navy can still wear it now and it doesn't look weird that she's wearing a "Hospital Hat" It's so stretchy, it keeps her little head warm and covers her ears perfectly in this cold Utah Weather!

Navy is ONE month old

Little miss Navy is ONE month old today!
I accidently posted this the other day thinking she was one month old.
Which she wasn't.
Goes to show what happens when you don't know what day it is... haha

I can't believe it's been a month since this baby girl blessed us with her presence. I am so in love with this tiny girl and can't imagine life without her. I just wish time would slow down a little. I was trying to think of something creative to do with her montly birthdays but lets face it,
I couldn't get creative.

It's hard taking pictures of a wiggly one month old.
I am thinking I may try to always take a picture of her in this outfit. I saw something like it on pinterest and it was really cute.
We will see.

At ONE month old:

Navy weighs 6lbs 8oz and is 19 inches long.

wears preemie diapers

wears most preemie clothes and hand me down newborns that have been washed and are smaller.

loves to be swaddled up really tight.

loves to be held.

this girl wants her mama 24/7

loves to be worn. (babywearing)

loves my tatas.

coos and can focus on some things.

eats every 2 hours for 15 minutes on each side.

We are watching it.

The Birth of Navy James 10/06/2011

I just want to start off by saying that everything happens for a reason and i'm a strong believer in that. Even though my birth didn't go exactly how I wanted it to i'm glad my sweet girl is here.
She is healthy and that is all that matters.

You probably already know that my blood pressure started getting higher towards the end of my pregnancy with Navy. What a bummer that was to watch at each visit. I was really really sad because I wanted a natural birth and knew that if it got to out of hand my Dr. would induce me and chances of having that natural birth I dreamed about was very very slim.

These last couple of weeks were really really ruff. Every day I would wake up and feel like a train had hit me, I felt awful. I tried my hardest to stay positive but I already knew what was going to happen the next time I went into my Dr. I knew she would induce me. I was soo swollen,having head aches,seeing the stupid stars etc. Just like I had with Kingston.

On Thursday October 6th 2011 I went into my 37 week appt,I felt super anxious all day long. To the point I was almost sick to my stomach..My blood pressure was really really high and I failed all the pree-clampsia tests. My Dr pretty much said that we needed to have her now. This wasn't good at all and if I waited anymore days it would just get worse and worse. Kingston was with me at this appt so she told me I could go home and get him off to a baby sitter and then come back immediately to be induced.

Kingston was left with my friend Mary and James and I returned to the Hospital to be induced. We had to wait a bit for them to clean the room and hung out in the waiting room. My amazing Dr who I love to pieces and can't imagine going through a birth without her waited with us pretty much the entire time while we were waiting for our room. She told me they would be giving me pitocin to start contractions and then I would be given Magnesium Sulfate again to make sure I didn't seize during my labor and to try and keep my blood pressure under control. I was already dialated to a 3 so she told me that I would go fairly fast.

We got into our room around 6:30 pm where my nurse Laura started all my fluids,pitocin and Magnesium Sulfate. They wanted to get the process going to try and get that blood pressure under control. My contractions started quickly and they were bareable. I wanted to wait as long as possible to get a epidrual, I wanted to experience Labor. Then a little after that a resident came in and broke my waters. Which is the craziest feeling ever.

Then my contractions started they were okay at first..Bareable. Like I said, I wanted to "experience" labor and didn't want to wuss out and get my epidural before I needed it.

My sister Jennifer arrived shortly after and my contractions were starting to get stronger. I was checked and told I was a 5 1/2 and before Laura left my room she asked again if I wanted a epirdural and I said NO. I labored for a bit longer and got to the point where I thought I was going to die.

Laura came back in and made sure I was doing alright....When she was walking out of my room another contraction hit that hurt like MAD and I yelled to her," I would like that epidural now!" haha

The anasthesia man came in and placed my epidural which to me doesn't hurt at all, It's just really uncomfortable because they make you go into a little ball and tell you not to move. Shortly after I received my epidural I was still feeling all my freaking contractions. Every single one of them! They hurt soooo sooo bad ! I even hit that little button and I could still feel them. My nurse came in and told me that Navy was sunny side up and that is why they were hurting soo bad and when I got close to pushing my Dr would try to turn her. I labored for a half an hour longer feeling every single contraction and finally my nurse had Anasthesia Man come back in and give me another dose. Which finally helped and relived all of the pain but I was still felling tons of pressure on my lower back. If you have experienced back labor you know exactly what i'm talking about! You can't get comfortable no matter what and it's a horrible feeling. I wanted to crawl out of my own skin.

My sisters Jen and Alexis and my Mom and James were all in the room supporting me through this labor and I am so grateful that they came and I'm so happy I got to share such an amazing experience with them. James was so awesome and so sweet during the whole labor and wanted to make sure I was okay and listened to me when I told him to not touch me or then at another contraction I'd have him rub my feet. I don't know what I would have done without him. I am so lucky to have such an amazing man.

Navy's heart rate starting dropping after awhile and they would come in and tell me to move to one side. Which is easier said than done when you have a epidural and can't feel a dang thing. I kept thinking I was falling off my bed and would freak out a little bit. My Dr had me move around for a little while and then came back in and told me they needed to put this thing back up there that puts more water back into your uterus and it helps the heart rate not go down. I was soo worried I was going to have to get a c-section! I kept telling James I will die if I get a c-section, I will be so so sad! I hope everything is okay with her...

At 11:30pm I started feeling all my contractions but I was still numb. It was really really intense and started making me freak out. My nurse came in and checked me and declared I was a 10 and ready to push. Navy was right there and because she was sunny side up she was putting pressure on my bootay. I never had the intense feeling to push like that when I had Kingston but it was insane. I needed to push her out. I felt like I was going to explode.

The nurses started setting all the stuff up really fast so I could push and my Dr came in. She reached in and manually turned Navy so she was facing the right way and told me to do one practice push. Then told me to stop because we would be having this baby soon.

I could feel when a contraction would come and my Dr let me push when I felt like I had to which I loved. I loved that she wasn't telling me how to push and wasn't telling me when to stop she just let me do my thing. I pushed 3 times and....

Right after she was born they placed her on me, my Dr. looked down at my cord and noticed that Navy had made a complete knot in her cord. This could be a major problem and can even cause death. Little Stinker. Good thing we had her when we did.

Then the scariest moment ever happened, something I wasn't aware of because I was so drugged up from Mag but something that I caught onto after a little bit. My baby wasn't breathing. She pinked up but was just grunting. When a mother is on Magnesium Sulfate her baby can be born drugged up and can be depressed which makes her a lazy breather. That is what happened to my sweet little Navy.

Then they took my baby away from me, they had to get her to start breathing. They would pick her arm up in the air and then it would flop down like a dead fish, (James says) she would not do that newborn baby cry/scream and would just sort of grunt and then lay limp. That is when the NICU team was called in to help. Navy failed all of her tests and things were called out, "This is not good." She isn't breathing right.etc. My Dr. tried so hard to keep me out of the loop but this is when I caught on. I kept asking if she was okay? Can I see her? What's going on? I will never forget how I felt and I don't wish this upon anyone.

It's horrible to not get that first moments with your baby that every mother should have. It's also horrible to know that something is terribly wrong with your baby and you can't do anything to help. My family backed away and let the team work on her. I remember looking over at my sisters and they were trying not to let me see that they were scared but I knew they were. We all were.

Then while they were trying to get my baby to breath... I started to hemorrhage. I will never forget how this felt or the look on peoples faces. My Dr stuck her hand up to my uterus and started trying to get the bleeding to stop while the nurse laid on top of me pumping my stomach to make my uterus contract. The bleeding still wouldn't stop so they put something up me and kept doing what they were doing and finally they got it under control. James said at one point he looked over at me, then at Navy and thought we both were going to die. Everything was happening soo fast and he said it was soo overwhelming because everything possible was going wrong.
They had to take Navy to the NICU to montior her and get her to breath better. I got to hold her for another breaf minute before they took her away.They made me stay in L&D for 3 hours to make sure I didn't start hemorrhaging again and then we got to breifly go to the NICU where Navy was doing soo much better and was released to go upstairs with me.

I was so happy to finally really meet my baby girl. She was soo tiny and soo soo pretty. I never wanted to put her down, I just wanted to soak up every last minute with her. The only positive part of my delivery is that I got to Breast feed and Navy latched on and has loved my boobies ever since.
We are exclusivly breastfeeding and I am sooo happy!

Kingston came the day after to meet his baby "teet-er" at first he was really really mad that I couldn't hold him. I was still on the Magnesium Sulfate for 24 hours after delivery. He looked at his sister like who the heck are you and was way more interested in all the gadget and things to play with around the room.

This first week was super intense and super overwhelming but I am loving it and feeling soo blessed. My grandma came up to help me which has been the best thing ever and has been soo helpful. It sucks that my labor had to go the way it did but i'm happier now and glad that i'm not pregnant anymore and get to hold my baby doll all day long and like I said, everything happens for a reason and i'm sooo glad everything ended up being okay.I can't imagine life any other way. It may sound crazy to say but I finally feel complete. I keep saying it over and over again but I feel so blessed.

I love being a mother soo much to these sweet little angel babies and I'm so excited to watch them grow and learn through this crazy life. I'm so happy I get to share this journey with all of you!

There are never enough hours in a day!

Do you ever feel like your day is like clock work?

Mine is...

I can't wait to have my life is back to "normal"

Whatever that means,right?

Mr. King is jealous lately he insisted that I swaddle him because I swaddle his sister.

He is so stinkin cute all swaddled up like a newborn.

He's having a really hard time right now

and I feel really bad.

I have to remember he is still a baby himself and needs my attention. After all It was just me and him everyday

till Navy came.

It's really starting to take a toll on him and he's starting to kind of act out.

I'm going to try to start having one on one time with him when sister is sleeping and Daddy is home.

Even if it's going outside and playing with him

or taking him to the store without Navy.

This little angel is getting bigger. She is still considered teeny tiny (6lbs 8 oz) but she's starting to look less like a newborn and more like Navy.
Love her little faces she makes.

She's so expressive just like Kingston!

I'm excited to watch her fill out and grow into herself.

She coos and is starting to focus on people and things.

I can't believe she is going to be ONE month old tomorrow.

A lot of people have asked me how i'm doing and how is life with 2 babies.

I'm just going to be completely honest and say It's really really hard!

Kingston loves his baby sister so much but sometimes it's a little too much. He wants to be in her face all the time and wants to know what is going on all the time. He's at such a curious age so he can't help it but it can be a little overwhelming!

Do I sleep at night? I don't.

We are exclusively breast feeding and Navy eats every 2 hours. Sometimes after she is done eating she wants to "play" and wont go back to sleep and then it's time for her to eat again. You all should see how I look right now.

Then Kingston wakes up around 8 in the morning so if I like it or not my day starts then. Sometimes they will both start crying at the exact same time and it's super intense. Today I went to Navy first to see why she was crying and Kingston chucked the remote at her which led to more crying, time out and lots of hugs and kisses.

While i'm breastfeeding during the day, I try to put a baby gate up in our living room and turn on cartoons for Kingston or a movie. Lately he's been getting into tons of trouble while i'm breast feeding because he knows I wont remove him from what he's doing for a minute. So i've had to put him in high chair and give him a snack or a toy or something.

Well now he likes to rock his high chair back and forth to scare the crap out of me!

Even though I'm beyond exhausted by the end of the day and don't shower every day like I used to and look like death...

I remember that I have 2 beautiful healthy children.

I am soo blessed and

My little Navy is two weeks old today. Sniff Sniff.

Still weighing in at 5lbs!

She is so so tiny.

Last night I had some one on one time with my tiny baby doll and decided to take some pictures of her.

Our condo doesn't get the best light but I still had fun.

She really is something special...

Here we are again.

Another month has come and gone
and you are now 22 months old!
Crazy Crazy

I can't believe you are going to be 2 soon.

It seems like yesterday you were just a itty bitty peanut and now you are a becoming such a big boy.

You became a Big Brother this month.

You are the best big brother to your baby "teet-er" (sister).

You are so patient with her,give her kisses and when she cries you try to stick her binky in her mouth.

Mommy was soo scared you were going to hate her .

But you proved us all wrong,

You are in heaven and love Navy so so much.

At 22 months old:

You are a big brother now.

You mimic everyone.
You repeat everything that people say so we have to be careful what we say around you.

You say all your animal sounds.
"Yitty... Meow Meow!" Is your favorite.

You bring me a diaper when you need a change.

Think thats a HINT HINT?

Nope. You still aren't ready for the potty.

You say "teet-er" (sister) and no one taught you that.

You point to something gross and say,

"ewieee" or "yuck" and bring it to me.

You are obsessed with your new "back back" and wont take it off.

You love to clean when i'm cleaning.
I give you a rag and you go to town.

You love to help mommy with the baby.

You sing yourself to sleep.

You still wear 12-18 month clothes.

You are a tiny guy but you are getting bigger and bigger.

You like to throw things at me when you are mad.

You still are super picky when it comes to food but we are working on it.

You will try it but you spit it out and to a chipmunk noise.

You are my little dancing boy. You love to move to the groove

You sleep from 8:30 at night till 9:00 the next morning.

You take one nap during the day from 12-3 ish.

You love watching your dad use the bathroom.

Super weird but whatever.

When you eat something you have to have whatever it is in both hands.

You take one bite from one hand then another bite from the other.

You fart and laugh at yourself.

You plank yourself anywhere.

You can climb onto everything, Mommy has to watch you close.

You fake cry a lot and then laugh at yourself when I tell you you're faking.

Cars are your favorite toy EVER.

You now call Daddy Mommy and Mommy Daddy.

You throw yourself really hard on the floor when you don't get your way.

You use your hands when you are "talking"

You love to read books.

You are obsessed with "yittys" (kitties)

You pretend to get scared easily and then laugh and laugh.

You are the happiest baby!

The first few days

Navy is home now and we are a happy little family of four. These last couple of days have been a crazy,scary and emotional ride but all I can say is i'm so happy i'm not pregant anymore and my baby girl is here in my arms. Kingston is starting to love his baby "teet-er" He's was kind of just like whatever at first but now he wants to help soo much. He does hate the fact that I can't really pick him up and hold him. We have a lot of family helping right now, which has been amazing. Hopefully I get the hang of this whole 2 kid thing soon.

I can't wait to share my Birth story/video with you all. My talented sister was there to take pictures so I am waiting to get them back and then I will post the pictures along with the story. My Birth didn't go really how I wanted it to or had planned but I am a strong believer in everything happens for a reason and in my situation I needed to be at a Hospital and I needed to be where they could help me fast with the right medicines.

Thank you all for your sweet comments,phone calls and visits. We are soo in love with this tiny baby doll and can't imagine life without her. She seriously is the most amazing little blessing. I finally feel complete.

I'm 36 weeks and 1 day pregnant today.

My blood pressure is starting to go up again just like it did with Kingston so she may be coming sooner than later.

No fun at all....

I am soo sad about it but there is nothing I can do.

I hope I can cook this little one a bit longer.

Wordless(ish) Wednesday: King is 21 month old!

There you go again.
Getting one month older on me.

I can't believe you are 21 months old.

You may become a big brother this month which is just completely crazy
but we are soo excited!

You love your "bee bee"
and you give her 100 kisses a day.
We love this age you are at right now,

You are such a funny/silly/crazy boy!

At TWENTY ONE months:

You love to do everything yourself.

You are facisnated with how things work and you want to figure it out.

You know how to unlock my i-phone.

You talk non stop and carry on conversations in "King language"

You are still itty bitty and fit into all last years clothes.

You weigh 23 pounds,wear size 4-5 shoes and fit into 12 or 18 month clothes but mostly 12 month.

Your favorite show on t.v is the Prices Right.

You clap thee entire time.

You love your hair and love to brush it.

We wont cut it until you want us to.

You love giving everyone loves and you get mad if they wont kiss your lips.

You have become the biggest binky boy lately.

You are obsessssssed.

You sleep with your 3 blankies at night and if 1 is missing you wont sleep until it's there with the others.

You are smart and no which color is which.

You know where most of your body parts are including your "boovies"

You love your Daddy more than anyone or anything!

It's such a beautiful thing but it makes Mommy jealous sometimes.

You gang up on Billy dog and he's not a fan of you anymore.

Your favorite animal is a Kitty. You freak when you see them.

You love being outside

You learned how to smack your booty

and everytime you are naked you will do it.

You love brushing your teefies.

You love having your back tickled.

You are pretty dang picky when it comes to food but your go to food is always oatmeal or yogurt.

You hate all kinds of vegatables.

Every single one of them.

You love having your arms tickled.

You sing and it's the cutest/sweetest thing ever.

You throw some pretty crazy fits, throwing your whole body backwards and flinging yourself everywhere.

You love picking out your own clothes.

You are a climber and can climb on or over anything.

You throw everything, everything is a ball to you.

You pull some of the funniest faces and give crusties and the side eyes.

You laugh like alvin the chipmunk

You are still obsessed with cars and trucks.

You still say F instead of T.

hehe

You love to cuddle but only when you want.

You are still a great sleeper and take one long nap and sleep really well at night.

You are trying to learn to jump which is the most hilarious thing. You throw yourself up but end up falling flat on your face. Then you laugh and laugh.

It's soo dang cute.

35 weeks pregnant! A BIG update

35 weeks pregnant...

I suck so bad at blogging lately!

I have soo much to catch up on.

Including this months Sponser Highlights,

Kingston turning 21 months old and so much more.

Please bare with me!

We are soo busy around here and blogging always gets put on the back burner.

We have been busy busy finishing getting ready for this baby.

I have about 2 more things to check off our to do list and then if this baby decides to come that is fine by me.

After 37 weeks of course but you know what I mean...

I can't believe I am 35 weeks pregnant! Ahhhh

Doesn't it look like i've dropped a ton?

I feel it.

I'm so sore down there it's not even funny.

I feel like she could just drop out at any minute.

Lately I just eat and eat and eat. I

'll eat something then 10 minutes later I am starving again.

Litterally starving.

I also have no energy and just want to sleep all the time.

I cry a ton,

almost every single day I will cry for no reason at all.

Or because I find something that Kingston does is soo cute. I'll cry. He looks at me like i'm the biggest idiot ever.

Nothing fits which is just lovely so I wear pretty much the same black tank top and some of james boxers or jammie pants.

It's soo lovely.

Navy gets the hiccups all the time which is my absolute favorite thing. I will miss this when I'm not pregnant anymore.

We also had a u/s last week and baby girl has big lips just like her mama and her brother.

My dr. also says it looks like she has a bit of hair.

I find myself always day dreaming what she will look like.

I seriously can not wait! I can't wait to kiss her and love her and tell her how excited I am to meet her.

sent us the cutest crocheted mary jane baby booties for Navy James

(I talked about them in my hospital diaper bag vlog)

I died when I received them.

I can not wait for her to wear them home from the hospital and all the time.

She also sent a bigger size so she will be able to wear these and then the others as she gets older.

Today James and Kingston painted my belly.

We've wanted to do this for awhile but have never found time to sit down as a family and do it together.

Kingston had sooo much fun and Navy loved it too.

She was moving like crazy the whole time and It was sort of like a massage for me.

James and Kingston are the best thing that has ever happened to me. I feel soo lucky to have them in my life and I can't believe I am going to have another beautiful baby!

God is good.

I think my belly turned out pretty dang good for a guy that isn't so artsy fartsy and a crazy 21 month old who wanted to "help" the entire time.

King is just in awe of his Daddy. I can't wait to watch Navy with James.

James just loves being a daddy soo much. He is soo hands on and is so amazing at what he does.

King loves his "bee bee"

These past couple of months I was totally freaking out about Kingston becoming a big brother because he HATED babies.

Now, he's got a little older and with some advice from people with 2 or more kids we've talked to him more about what is about to come and I think he's starting to "understand" a bit better.

I am constently talking about the baby and trying to include him in on everything we do for the arrival of his sister. When we put the babies clothes away in her drawer I let him help me, when we got the car seat I let him help me put it together.When we walk by a baby or see a baby I point to the baby say baby then point to my belly and tell him I have one in there too.

Now I think he is starting to figure out what is going on. He seems like he knows now, if he sees a baby he'll say "Bee Bee" then point to my belly or do a gesture like he knows.

I think I undersestimate how smart he is.

I can not wait to see how he will be as a Big Brother we are getting soo dang close!

Mr. King to be for Halloween.

But i'm sooo indesisive and can't decide which one I like the best.

So I thought maybe you guys could help!?

Halloween is my favorite Holiday out of all the other Holidays. I even like it more than Christmas.

I'm sooo excited to dress him up again.

Lollipop Lollipop

King was a little under the weather this weekend and was so whiny and clingy.
Teething maybe?A cold? I have no idea! It's gone now...
I didn't know what to do to make him happy. He gets pissed at me soo much lately because I can't understand him. I wish he could talk better because all he will do is use tons of baby words and wave his arms around and point at things.
I find myself walking all over the kitchen saying,
"This? This? This? This?"
Finally he loses his mind and just throws a fit on the floor out of frustration.

He used to sign a little but he wont even do that anymore.
I swear he thinks he's speaking English but honestly it sounds more like chinese to me or a bunch of gibberish.
It's pretty cute until they actually want something then your S.O.L!

Finally with a little help I figured out he wanted a freaking lollipop.
He was soo happy!
He looked at me like Duh Mom! Don't you know anything?
I had to take him outside because he was already so drooly with all his sick crap and the lolli juice was getting everywhere....
He's just soo cute!
Even though he gets super frustrated with me all the time.

Playdate with Amy & Parker

Today we met up with Amy and Parker for a play date.

They are visiting in Utah and we were soo happy that we got to see them!

Last time we saw them our boys were just crawling...

This time? This time was intense. They both walk/run now. We tried our hardest to get a good picture of the 2 of them looking at the camera together, who were we kidding? haha These boys know exactly what's up and go running once we pulled out our camera.

We had soo much fun with them today
and wish they lived closer.
